Recruiter for Sales and Marketing

Datadog is the leading service for cloud-scale monitoring. It is used by IT, operations, and development teams who build and operate applications that run on dynamic or high-scale infrastructure. This role will drive all aspects of recruiting, including outreach, screening and interviewing, managing candidates, and acting as an advisor and trusted resource to hiring managers and the interview team. In this role you will help shape our employment brand, by being be the voice of the organization and, hiring the best talent for our open roles. This position will specifically focus on hiring predominantly for Sales, Marketing and G&A areas of business for Datadog.

* Finding qualified talent for our open roles via all channels, with an emphasis on direct sourcing * Screening candidates to ensure their qualifications match the open roles * Setting up meetings with the interviewers and ensuring follow up and closure for all interviewed candidates * Negotiating compensation and preparing offer letters for qualified candidates * Conduct reference checks and background investigations * Constantly enhancing our recruitment process * Ensuring candidates have an excellent interview experience - regardless of outcome

* Bachelor's Degree required * At least 3 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience * 1+ years experience hiring inside sales or enterprise sales for tech companies * Demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions * Superior negotiating and closing skills * Excellent verbal and written communications
