Summary
The Office Coordinator is responsible for helping to ensure the smooth operation of the office on a daily basis and assisting in all Operations matters as needed.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Office Manager by addressing spontaneous requests quickly, researching assigned tasks and vetting potential vendors * Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with outside vendors * Conduct daily walk through of facility including conference room cleaning checks * Responsible for ordering, receiving and stocking food, snacks, kitchen & pantry supplies * Distribution: responsible for incoming and outgoing deliveries * Assist in organizing Datadog sponsored events * Provide IT related support * Support office moves * Liaise with Boston and Paris office colleagues to share lessons learned * Ability to lift 50 lbs. Able to move office furniture, equipment, supplies etc.
