Corporate IT Manager

We’re on a mission to bring sanity to cloud operations and we need you to support the engineers, support professionals, marketing experts, sales people and others that make it possible. We can’t achieve our mission without a solid internal corporate IT environment and we need your help.

* Build out a highly competent corporate IT support team for Datadog employees on four continents and in many more countries * Manage hundreds of corporate owned Apple MacBooks and provide secure access via employee owned iPhones and Android devices * Streamline internal and external communication using services like Google Hangouts/Meet, Slack, Zoom, Livestream and more * Oversight of corporate network administration (including WiFi, interoffice connectivity and cellular connectivity) * Direct software as a service procurement and administration * Steer identity and access management. Experience with Google and SAML are a must. AWS knowledge and a solid understanding of OAuth are bonuses. * Support security and security compliance efforts * Create and maintain a solid internal customer service function

**Who you must be** * You have a BS/MS/PhD * You have managed large Apple deployments * You are experienced with Google Cloud or similar * You have experience managing teams * You can get technical when needed * You want to work in a fast, high growth startup environment **Bonus points** * You have worked with identity management in a high growth startup with an emphasis on the public cloud * You have battle scars with MacBook management, mobile device management, 802.1x, etc. * You have brought a corporate IT environment in line with one or more compliance standards/regimes
