Dallien Realty is seeking a full time Managing Director to run its flagship New York office. This unique position offers the qualified candidate the opportunity to share in and help guide the success of a growing rental brokerage in Manhattan.
- Agent hiring
- Leading, maintaining, refining and growing the company's extensive training platform for new agents
- Business development
- Agent and company management
- Procuring new listing (sales & rentals)
- At least seven years' experience as a licensed New York Real Estate agent
- Demonstrable track record in listings, sales & rentals
- Management experience, both on a team and company-wide level
- Active New York State Real Estate license
