- Drive the full cycle recruitment process - sourcing world class candidates, interviewing/scheduling, extending offers/negotiating and ultimately making hires

- Built and managed large talent pool of creative professionals by leveraging various social media networks, promoting referral programs, and utilizing advanced online candidate search methods
- Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree a plus
- 3+ years as a Recruiter
- Effective communicator with internal and external partners
- Experience in gaming or entertainment industry preferred
- Experience with an ATS (Jobvite, Greenhouse, similar)

Additional Notes on Compensation
We are willing to offer excellent compensation packages including a base salary that ranges between $100K-$175K (DOE), Benefits, Equity, etc.
