Summary
We are looking to add a sharp Android Developer to the team. This company has ambitious growth plans and the resources to back these plans for their top tier mobile development team.
Responsibilities
- Implement parts of this flagship Android app and build Android based apps from the ground up
- Collaborate closely with the product management team to define and implement features
- Identify and resolve inc
Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- 4+ years experience developing Android
- Familiarity with Eclipse, or Android Studio.
- Broad experience designing/architecting applications on mobile platforms
- Impressive coding chops in Java (Android)
- Experience with REST-based web services, Thrift, or similar API platforms
- Experience with leadership and actively mentoring teammates
- Know-how for developing on a SQL platform such as SQLite, Postgres, MySQL or SQL Server
- Experience working in Mac/Unix/Linux/BSD environments
- A B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or related discipline)
