Responsibilities

We are in need of a talented payroll manager that will be responsible for the necessary duties for U.S and global payroll preparation/processing.

  • Ensure the processing of new hires, promotions, terminations and other personnel changes is accurate and timely
  • Ensure systems are set-up and updated to reflect our current employee base, including wages, benefits, sick and vacation time in line with contract
  • Critically review and analyze current payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations
  • Communicating actively with HR to reconcile data sharing
  • Lead the implementation of payroll processes at new international locations
  • Preparation of relevant management reports, including monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements (including reporting) by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
  • Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests
  • Perform other related duties as directed by the Assistant Controller and/or Controller
Ideal Candidate
  • BA/ BS in applicable business background
  • Certified Payroll Professional
  • Payroll management experience
  • Proven ability in payroll process re engineering and payroll systems implementations
  • Experience with domestic and international payroll processes
  • Advanced skills in Payroll related systems (ADP, Office Suite)

Additional Notes on Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000- $120,000 DOE plus benefits and bonus potential.
