Payroll Manager

We are in need of a talented payroll manager that will be responsible for the necessary duties for U.S and global payroll preparation/processing. - Ensure the processing of new hires, promotions, terminations and other personnel changes is accurate and timely - Ensure systems are set-up and updated to reflect our current employee base, including wages, benefits, sick and vacation time in line with contract - Critically review and analyze current payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations - Communicating actively with HR to reconcile data sharing - Lead the implementation of payroll processes at new international locations - Preparation of relevant management reports, including monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.) - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements (including reporting) by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions - Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests - Perform other related duties as directed by the Assistant Controller and/or Controller

- BA/ BS in applicable business background - Certified Payroll Professional - Payroll management experience - Proven ability in payroll process re engineering and payroll systems implementations - Experience with domestic and international payroll processes - Advanced skills in Payroll related systems (ADP, Office Suite)
