* Generating client business through your own lead generation methodology * Using our proprietary systems to source for the best talent available in highly competitive markets * Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships * Reviewing and understanding technical job requirements across industries * Screening candidates, conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients * Negotiating fee agreements and salaries * Running a full life cycle recruiting desk from start to finish * Matching great people with great companies

* Experience in recruiting, staffing or sales with proven track record of success * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Time management and prioritization skills * Creative thinking and problem solving skills * Interest in learning about technical skills * Intense motivation and hunger to be successful * Experience managing B2B relationships (preferred) * Degree from an accredited university/college (preferred) * A genuine desire to build a career and grow with our company
