Data Reporting Analyst

• Responsible for manage the reporting requirements and building the associated reports and dashboards for the organization's clients.
• Responsible for working with internal staff members and external customers to identify and quantify trends for understanding, managing, and improving the financial and operational performance of their organizations.
• Responsible for extract and collect data from various sources for reporting and analysis and to integrate data across multiple areas.
• Responsible for participating in the design and development of new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc report requests
• Responsible for troubleshoot and resolve reporting performance and data-related issues
• You will be working with SSRS / Tableau / Crystal Reports /Data visualization

• 5+ Years or more experience working as an analyst in a similar call center environment or digital marketing space
• Bachelors Degree in computer science or relevant field from a 4 year accredit university
• Knowledge of SSRS / Tableau / Crystal Reports /Data visualization
• Strong Excel skills with proven experience
• Solid technical reporting background
• Proven experience leading technology projects and working with team members
