- Work within the Industrial and Commercial Construction Sectors - Work in-house (directly) with fellow designers and project managers - Projects will include renovations and additions to existing structures which require creative solutions. - Solve problems as well as consult and brainstorm with fellow designers - Use AutoCAD Civil 3D - Create layouts and organize utilities, topographic information, site boundaries, right-of-ways, and site pins - Contact, request, and utilize information with other parties such as local municipalities, utility companies, clients, and subcontractors - Design and plan for site runoff, water detention, water erosion and quality issues

- Bachelor's Degree - Professional Engineering License/Stamp - Prior Experience with Industrial and Commercial Construction Sector - Prior Experience working in a Design-Build Group - Strong Working Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
