Business Development Executive

You will be building up a book of business using your own methodology mixed with some assistance from our proprietary systems to help find new clients and source for the best talent available in highly competitive markets.

• Degree from an accredited university/college preferred...High School Diploma (or equivalent) is Required
• 1+ year of recruiting experience within an agency environment and/or 2+ years of sales experience
• Money motivated (we love to pay out)
• Have a drive to be successful, to be the best, and motivated
• Have a passion or interest in communicating with others (you don't have to be a chatty Kathy, but you can't be a dull Danny)
• Enjoy writing and have strong writing skills; we're not looking for a novelist, just someone who can write professional emails and feels comfortable writing catchy ads
• Don't live in the box... think outside the it! Get creative on ways to solve problems.
• Have a fun personality and people generally like you (come on now, we like to see personality)
