The Sr Manager, Quality Assurance/Specialty is a non-technical/IT role and will be responsible for the overall quality of NovoLogix and Accordant software assets. This position is for a Software Sr Quality Assurance Manager responsible for managing Quality Assurance professionals. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of software quality methodology, people management and project management experience.

* Provide direction to the staff for the development of test plans, test schedule, estimates, and detailed test cases to ensure adequate test coverage. * Balance deployment of resources as necessary to support priorities. * Ensure effective defect management and issue resolution through all test phases. * Manage expectations and communicating effectively with business units, IT cross-functional teams, Project Management and other support staff. * Oversee and manage testing effort for multiple projects for a defined area of responsibility to successfully and consistently deliver high-quality software products within budget and schedule. * Conduct day-to-day management duties including interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning and assigning work, managing team performance, provide coaching and mentoring and addressing performance issues. * Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives or best practices to identify and implement tools and utilities that enhance testing capabilities and product quality. * Perform other duties as required. * Ensure all staff is provided with frequent feedback and coaching in order to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals consistently. * Manage and encourage new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations. * The Sr Quality Assurance Manager will report to the Director of Quality Assurance.

* Healthcare, pharma, or PBM knowledge * Strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and managing projects of various size and complexity. * Ability to work in pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Must be a team player * Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience
