Summary
CVS Health is seeking a Marketing Manager to help drive the evolution of ExtraCare Beauty Club. ExtraCare is one of the world’s largest and most successful loyalty, analytics and marketing programs. The team is looking for a strategic, curious, results-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who can help deliver transformational, industry-leading personalization for CVS Health customers. The role will manage and market the ExtraCare Beauty Club in collaboration merchandising, serving as a subject matter expert for Beauty Club within the Loyalty & Personalization organization. Additionally, this role will support loyalty innovation specific to the beauty-focused customer by leveraging customer insights, business and revenue models, customer-level testing and analytics, and market and competitive data with the goal of driving incremental customer loyalty, sales and profit. The successful candidate will be able to lead cross-functional teams and partner well with external supplier partners and internal teams including merchandising, marketing, creative, account services, analytics and digital. This individual will report to the Director of Loyalty Design.
Responsibilities
* Support customer-centric marketing strategy across all customer-facing channels in partnership with merchandising * Bring store-wide beauty themes to life in an omni-channel, personalized manner * Lead development of multichannel campaign briefs, working cross-functionally with key project stakeholders * Partner with analytics to maintain monthly program financial forecasts * Assess program effectiveness through analysis of specific Beauty Club elements and make recommendations based on performance * Achieve CPG supplier participation goals and lead flawless execution of the marketing components of negotiated agreements * ·Support ad hoc marketing initiatives related to ExtraCare Beauty Club, such as coordinating in-store events
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. * 5+years of related work experience * Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders across levels * Highly effective written and oral communicator * Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision * Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail * Flexible approach, can tolerate ambiguity and still operate effectively * Demonstrated customer-first approach. Driven by customer insight. * Ability to build productive cross functional relationships, impact and influence peers throughout the organization as well as with suppliers and other external partners **Preferred Qualifications:** * MBA * Prior experience with email and/or other digital marketing preferred * Prior experience within retail or CPG industries **Education:** BA/BS requried
