Summary
Curalate is seeking an experienced and innovative Head of People Operations to lead our Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience disciplines. As our Head of PeopleOps, you’ll act as a strategic business partner to our executive team providing counsel, delivering roadmaps, and executing on all people-related initiatives. You’ll lead the implementation and development of people strategies that are aligned with Curalate’s business objectives and core values. With your passion for people and performance optimization, you’ll navigate the complex issues of a high-growth, mid-stage startup, and champion a people-focused and solutions-oriented approach to ensure success.
Responsibilities
Build and execute people initiatives that support and promote a unified company culture, including: * Vision and Strategy: Work with Executive team to set and execute on organizational design and lead long-term vision for people functions - creating and maintaining a high-performing, motivated, and impactful team aligned with our overall business goals * Capability and Workforce Planning: Partner with leaders to understand and anticipate hiring and development needs against the capabilities needed to deliver business objectives; prepare updated workforce plans and forecasts that support overall business goals * Performance Management: Develop and implement company-wide performance management programs that reward excellence and drives continuous, transparent feedback * Leadership Training and Learning and Development: Build and drive scalable solutions around making our leaders better managers and creating organizational development programs that aid in growing our team’s capabilities and driving employee retention * Compensation and Benefits: Partner with Executive Team to analyze existing compensation packages and benchmark our current benefits offerings, strategizing for organizational scale * Data and Compliance: Use people-related data (HRIS, ATS, etc) to drive better decision making; develop key metrics to measure employee happiness, performance, engagement, and retention. Ensure compliance with all Employment laws across all offices * Values and Culture: Ensure that all decisions, programs, and processes are aligned with Curalate’s culture and core values
Ideal Candidate
* You have 8+ years direct HR/PeopleOps experience, with 3+ years in a senior PeopleOps position at high growth companies * You have experienced and love startup life, embrace the absurdity and rapid growth and shirk any notions of HR being “the fun police” * You have the proven ability to influence and drive change with executive teams and across agile organizations, aligning the people strategy with business goals and maintaining effective relationships with employees * You offer strategic, data-driven, and forward-thinking approaches to tactical and operational issues within the organization
