Service Technician

Curacao is currently looking for a Fulltime Service Technician. Do you have a passion for electronics? Can you fix a computer, troubleshoot problems, install & upgrade software/hardware and find a solution with a CAN-DO attitude? In this position you will work with our Sales Department to offer our customers the best possible service and ensure that the customer has an AMAZING experience at our store.

* System Setups, Recovery, Resets & Data Backups on computer towers, laptops, tablets and cell phones. * Software Installations and basic Hardware Upgrades or replacement like Memory and Hard drives.

**Basic Requirements:** * 3-6 months working experience **Preferred Requirements:** * High School Diploma or equivalent * Associate Degree in general electronics or computer repair * 1+ years retail or customer service experience * 1+ years experience diagnosing or repairing PCs or consumer electronics
