Summary
Cumulus Media in San Francisco is seeking a National Client Services Coordinator. The successful candidate is a professional and reliable individual with great organizational skills to support our National Sales Team. In this position you will be supporting the day-to day activities.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to Senior Vice President of National Sales & National/Regional Account Manager * Work daily with Westwood One National Account Executives and Coordinators. This includes sales order entry, submission of traffic/continuity instructions, confirming and generating contracts, revising agreements and resolving billing discrepancies. * Work with the Promotions Department to quickly and effectively respond to client promotional requests * Prepares and assembles research reports and client presentations * Answers phones and types correspondence * Research merchant/vendor account payments and provide supporting detail * Maintain / update media kits * Attend various sales and promotional meetings * May require some work/travel outside regular office location and/or extended work hours * Other administrative duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* People Skills/Team Player * Extremely detailed oriented * Problem solving and prioritizing ability * Strong aptitude for analysis and research * Ability to multi-task and handle pressures and deadlines * Able to identify and communicate information for issues which require escalation * Strong computer skills without training (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word) * 2 or more years of sales team support experience
