Responsibilities
A financially strong, employee oriented insurance company is seeking an experienced P & C commercial lines Underwriting Supervisor.
You will be tasked with developing and mentoring a staff of Commercial Underwriters as they develop profitable middle market business from independent agents in Iowa and surrounding states.
Ideal Candidate
Strong technical underwriting knowledge is essential along with leadership skills/experience.
