Test Process Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Conduct optical and electrical testing of semiconductor materials and related software design Integrate and qualify new test systems into production
- Develop robust software for controlling test equipment
- Design and execute electrical, mechanical and optical experiments to improve measurement, process yields, and test time
- Apply good engineering practices to improve wafer probing processes Interact with engineers, technicians, and scientists to develop, sustain and improve test automation and related software Interface with Manufacturing and Operations team to sustain overall Probe and other related test processe Partner with Product Engineering Team to review Product optical and electrical parameters and drill to root cause of product performance and yield issues
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Minimum Requirements
- BS in engineering, with greater than one year experience in software development Visual Basic programming experience Strong knowledge of statistics and mathematics applied to test equipment, measurements, electronics and optical physics
- MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access experience required
- Strong knowledge of SPC/DOE principles
- Flexible work schedule
- High energy, self motivated attitude with strong communication skills and an ability - to interface effectively with different backgrounds and at every level of the organization
- Must have a “whatever it takes” attitude to get the job done
- Must be a US Citizen or green card holder
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS or MS in computer or electrical engineering, with greater than three year experience in software development Visual Studio, .NET framework experience Experience developing large and complex applications
- Knowledge of optical and electrical concepts
- In-depth technical understanding of semiconductor probing equipment
- Strong self-motivation and project management experience.
- Experience leading cross functional teams to solve problems and implement new processes and equipment
