Summary
The key underpinning to the CS TPMO is the Third Party Relationship Management (TPRM) tool - Hiperos. The tool is the central hub in the management of our 4 key disciplines (Vendor Risk Management, Contract Risk Management, Vendor Management and Contract Management) and we are seeking a Director to oversee the technical operations associated with the program. This includes ensuring that updates and modifications to the underlying questionnaires and scoring are kept current with CS business needs and the regulators as well as overseeing, leading and delivering the reporting/analytics capabilities. The role includes the management of analysts to address the changing business needs as well as creation and oversight of a training academy to ensure that all Internal Business Partner (IBPs) are appropriately educated in the use of the tool.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and assist in the technical build of the tool during Q4'15 * Maintain the currency of the underlying tool and questionnaire logic as against CS business needs and regulatory framework on an on-going basis * Work directly with IBP and the TPMO Office team to define issues and information needs and translate into implementable technical enhancement to the tool * Deliver reporting for all four disciplines VRM, CRM, Contract Management (CM) and Vendor Management (VM) * Employ the analytics features to compile and synthesize data to make grounded recommendations to assess and protect against risk exposure to guide decision making as well as to advise the business with respect to VM and CM * Champion and execute updates to existing reporting and technology framework to reduce risk and enhance efficiency * Oversee and make recommendations about additional add-on features (e.g. news service, contract creation) and integration of the same * Oversee and liaise with broader CS technology to ensure that all feeds and updates between and amongst systems are fully optimized (MySourcing, MVC, etc) * Efficiently and accurately establish metrics and deliver against them in a robust validated, consistent and repeatable process * Establish process and controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Development and training of multinational team
Ideal Candidate
* Prior experience with managing and maintaining a Hiperos implementation is required; experience with a similar TPRM or GRC tool is desired * 10+ years application development and implementation experience * 5+ years supporting SaaS solutions in a production environment * 5+years of experience leading/managing the development of complex business applications across a wide range of technologies and domains * Prior work experience supporting a bank or financial services institution preferred * Prior experience with managing a geographically disparate team * 3+ years of experience as a direct manager and/or functional manager of a support team * Proven understanding of database/data warehouse design and architecture * Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels within an organization * Excellent communication, written skills, analytic and project management * Excellent partnership and presentation skills and the ability to translate as amongst business, technology and regulatory requirements * Able to work independently as well as within a team composed of colleagues based locally and internationally * Experience managing and developing staff
