CCAR - Review and Challenge Governance & Reporting Manager We Offer... The role will be within the Review and Challenge team in the CCAR central office. Effective challenge is integral to a structured, sustainable and effective system of governance and controls for CCAR processes. The team covers the entire end to end CCAR framework and program. The team's responsibility is to support the credibility assessment of CS capital planning efforts.

* Develop, maintain and manage guidance, policy, templates designed to promote the review and challenge function across finance areas. * Establish and perform an effective business as usual platform for on-going review and challenge of CCAR and capital adequacy efforts. * Develop Establish and perform an effective business as usual platform for on-going review and challenge of CCAR and capital adequacy efforts. * Develop appropriate training and educational materials for senior management and Board members on tools and approach for effective review and challenge.

* 7+ years financial services experience with at least 2 years of relevant and practical CCAR experience is required. * Strong capital markets knowledge is preferred. The candidate should have significant experience in a capital or financial planning related function. * Project management and regulatory implementation experience preferred, preferably in the CCAR implementation space. * Role requires ability to perform in a non steady state function with potentially changing priorities and tight deadlines. * Candidate must have an in depth understanding of the challenges that surround regulatory implementation such as CCAR.
