Myriad Engagement Lead Project Manager

Act as the key contact person in New York for Data Horizontal and Myriad, the strategic Risk and Finance data platform. Own the multi level engagements with regulatory projects and with Myriad delivery PM and IT for scheduling and delivering the BoW. Work closely with IT teams for estimation, planning and delivery including creation of realistic and aggressive plans. Act as POC for key risk forums and similar working groups to represent Myriad plan. Work closely with Vertical program leads for IHC, CCAR and FED related initiatives for requirements gathering, project planning and engagement. Collaborate with Myriad delivery PM to prioritize and track dependencies across verticals. May own and manage specific project plans for programs that need onshore presence in New York in collaboration with the Myraid delivery team. Attend regional risk change and regulatory program forums on behalf of Data Horizontal and act as the point person for information flow, communication and issue resolution/escalation.

* 12+ years of global project and program management experience. * At least half of that experience should be from investment banking industry directly or as a vendor. * Solid understanding of investment banking products and processes with core focus areas of risk and finance. * Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects impacting business process and IT changes at large scale. * Good understanding of data governance and data quality management concepts in context of investment banking business. * Good understanding of market and credit risk concepts and processes and some experience with banking regulations Basel 3, BCBC239, CCAR etc. Fed regulatory landscape and implementation knowledge strongly preferred. * Superior organizational and communication skills. * Very strong project planning, tracking and management skills with ability to track details and roll at the appropriate summary level for stakeholder reporting. * A Can-Do attitude and ability to collaborate/influence multiple diverse resources for achieving delivery targets. * An MBA (finance) or related degree from a reputed institution.
