Investor Services Support Specialist

* Manage various Investor Services projects by assessing needs of the business, identifying key stakeholders and sponsors, analyzing key risks, assisting with the production of business requirements documents and project plans. Candidate must be driven, efficient and actively follow up with administrators, IT and other internal teams in order to ensure deadlines are met. * Oversight and governance of third party administrators for private equity and hedge funds including monitoring Service Level Agreement items and Key Performance Indicators/Critical Performance Indicators; develop oversight and control tracking models for internal audit. * Improve quality of investor reference data in internal CRM data base and workflow tools; help facilitate automated feeds of investor reference data from third party administrators to a data staging area, help to develop a data management governance model. * Assist in ad hoc and ongoing regulatory projects involving AEI/Common Reporting Standard/UKCDOT/FATCA, AIFMD, Form PF; assist in oversight of a new third party vendor being engaged for regulatory support. * Assist with the needs assessment and implementation of a new AML and sanctions screening tool (replacement of CL Search). * Assist with new fund launches, facilitating the set-up of escrow and custody accounts with administrators and coordinating with LCD to obtain backup KYC documentation and signoffs. * Oversee the development and implementation of change control items within CS and third party administrators, such as new fields being added to our CRM, modifications to workflow tools, updates to investor portals and other system enhancements. * Attend weekly meetings with 5 different administrators to assist with the resolution of escalations and process related issues; attend weekly back/middle office meetings with Credit, Commodity, LAB, Securitized Products, Muni teams. * Work with Legal team on producing administrator services agreements and contracts for various third party vendor services. * Coordinate fund level document updates with Legal and Compliance, third party administrators and product teams; review the layout of investor questionnaires and legal representations. * Help "running the business" activities within the Investor Services area, specifically client-facing roles as it relates to marketing, investor onboarding, transfers of interest (process lead for private equity transfers), investor inquiries; ensure high standards of ethics and control are maintained during transfer/account opening/onboarding processes; investigate any potential internal audit issues or regulatory breaches. * Oversee the broker payment process for placement fees, trailer fees, incentive/carry fees and review all payments prior to being released. * Coordinate with any new placement agents post the PBUSA closure to ensure good quality of ongoing service for back office; assist with setting up of products on new platforms. * Help with managing our Center of Excellence team in Hyderabad.

* Bachelor's Degree required.3 + years of experience in the financial services industry. * Series 99 is a plus. * Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; familiar with Microsoft CRM database and business process workflow tools. * Familiar with project management plans/timelines and business requirements documents. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Comfortable conducting calls and leading meetings, both internally and externally. * Must be an extremely organized, motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence and adaptability skills; must be very proactive.
