Manufacturing company located in a community southwest of Fort Wayne is looking for a skilled Senior Accountant. This organization with steady growth and a 30 year history of producing a high quality product offers the opportunity to be part of family oriented and team environment that focuses on the community.

• Daily Accounts Receivable reports for management.
• Enter finalized cash receipts and updates accounts receivable ledger by customer.
• Review invoices with customers, as requested.
• Process daily receipts.
• Post transactions to journals and general ledger.
• Research and processes customer claims of invoice payment.
• Research and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks.
• Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up.
• Call and/or mail correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts.
• Enter employees information for payroll.
• Assist with related special projects, as required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Skilled at collection calls and reducing AR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid computer skills.
