Manufacturing company located in a community southwest of Fort Wayne is looking for a skilled Senior Accountant. This organization with steady growth and a 30 year history of producing a high quality product offers the opportunity to be part of family oriented and team environment that focuses on the community.

* Daily Accounts Receivable reports for management. * Enter finalized cash receipts and updates accounts receivable ledger by customer. * Review invoices with customers, as requested. * Process daily receipts. * Post transactions to journals and general ledger. * Research and processes customer claims of invoice payment. * Research and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks. * Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up. * Call and/or mail correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts. * Enter employees information for payroll. * Assist with related special projects, as required.

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. * 5+ years accounting experience in manufacturing. * Skilled at collection calls and reducing AR. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Solid computer skills.
