Researcher

Crain Communications Inc is a privately held media company producing trusted and relevant news publications, lead generation, research and data products, custom publishing and events with uncompromising integrity.

The Researcher will source, compile and update the contact information for primary investment professionals, trustees and other relevant individuals at the largest US retirement plans, endowments and foundations for the Pensions & Investments Research Center.

* Identifying the appropriate contacts for each asset owner organization listed in the Research Center. * Compile contact information for each identified contact. * Update information in the Research Center database. * Maintain data and update throughout the year. * Record source of data for each contact to facilitate future updates.

* Must have excellent communication skills including telephone * Must be detail oriented with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel * Prior experience in researching and compiling data preferred * Knowledge of the institutional investment market preferred * The Researcher will use commercially available resources to obtain information including, but not limited to the organization’s website, LinkedIn, government filings, etc. In cases where the information is not available through commercial resources, the Researcher will contact the organization directly to obtain the data.
