Electrical Systems Engineer

Cox Media Group is an integrated broadcasting, publishing, direct marketing and digital media company that includes the national advertising rep firms of CoxReps.

We are looking for an ESE to assist in the maintenance department. This position will directly reflect the efficiency level of the PTC operations. This position is a budgeted position for 2016. The position will also help reduce equipment downtime during production.

• Electrical skills, running wiring to new machinery
• Trouble shooting electrical equipment
• Communicate with several departments on equipment issues
• Send out an end of shift daily report
• Make recommendation on cost saving opportunities by reducing energy consumption
• Working closely with the machinist department
• Preforming preventive maintenance of the equipment

• Electrical knowledge
• Understanding PLC’s
• Great communication skills
• Ability to be flexible
• Manufacturing environment
• Electrical engineering degree or 6 years in an electrical maintenance field.
• Understanding of a printing environment preferred
• Working in a fast paced timeline driven environment.
