Development Operations Manager

Cox Enterprises is a leading communications, media and automotive services company.

Dealer track is currently looking for a Development Operation Manager with the ability to identify process improvements and create KPI’s. The primary responsibilities for the Development Manager are to identify process improvements and efficiencies with the ability to create KPIs to support them. The position will develop, communicate and oversee the KPIs. The primary objective of the position is to improve the efficiency of the implementation team by using various software tools and technologies. The Development Manager coordinates and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering to ensure the tools and solutions improve client satisfaction.

* Provide leadership to the Development Operation Specialist team members * Ensure the material and documentation is professional, intuitive and effective * Identify process improvements and efficiencies * Identify the key performance indicator (KPI) needs and have the ability to create them * Oversee the gathering and communication of the KPI’s * Create templates that provide summaries, updates and status reports that can be utilized by the Implementation team * Responsible for the development of reports required by the Product Readiness, Training and Quality Assurance teams * Acts as a liaison between Product Management and Services

* 3-5 years’ experience in a Development Specialist role or an equivalent position * Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills demonstrated integrity, values, principles, work-ethic and organizational skills with the ability to manage different priorities * Proven project / team management and problem solving skills, decision-making skills, with the ability to follow through independently and multi-task. * PMP certification * Six Sigma * Process improvement and/or reengineering
