- Generate and Qualify Leads
- Source and Develop Client Referrals
- Schedule Sales Activities
- Make Sales Calls (new and existing customers)
- Negotiate Contracts
- Utilize Salesforce.com for sales activity records maintenance
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Follow up on sales activity
- Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
- Participate in sales and industry events
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
- 3 to 5 years Sales within Fixed Operations, Automotive Industry experience
- 4 year degree (preferred)
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Able to operate independently
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office Applications
- Must have a clean driving record with current & valid driver’s license
