Rebate Analyst

The Rebate Analyst is responsible for collecting and interpreting incentive/rebate offerings from the automobile manufacturers (OEM’s) to support AIS’ data customers’ ability to offer updated, accurate and timely information/data to help dealers sell more cars.

This candidate/position will be trained on how to: * Regularly reviews manufacturer’s incentive program offerings and interprets changes and/or enhancements Ensure customer satisfaction with AIS data * Continuously monitor OEM data centers and websites for incentive changes throughout the month * Harvest necessary programs and enter needed data correctly and in a timely manner * Determine opportunities for combining, stacking or consolidating OEM program offerings for maximum value. * Strive to be assigned OEM expert with the capability to offer suggestions and insight of said OEM. * Enter / update OEM program offerings into the data base. * Assist with customer support inquiries.

* 1-3 Years Prior automotive dealership, OEM or data experience preferred but not necessary * Ability to work in a fast paced deadline oriented multi-task team environment in which strong attention to detail is expected. * Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM programs * Internet/website savvy * Proven ability to distinguish between data and technical issues. * Excellent writing, editing and communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills with customers and co-workers * Effective time management, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills. * 1-3 years Automotive Rebate and Incentive experience a plus.
