Software Engineer Support

As a FileMaker Software Support Engineer, you will join our technology infrastructure team and have a direct impact to the success of the company. You will participate in major aspects of the software development process as we work together to build systems that help our customers achieve their objectives. You will be responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining our core set of applications. This includes the development of new functionality, development of new services, integration with 3rd party systems, and the migration of legacy applications.

* Plan, design, write, modify, integrate, and test future and current software solutions * Work on multiple projects concurrently while focusing on high-priority tasks * Must be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing within a team * Troubleshoot and determine resolutions to already identified problems * Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of solutions * Developing, installing, configuring, maintaining and optimizing network hardware, software and communication links * Identify technical problems, and communicate possible solutions * Excellent critical thinking, analytic, and communication skills * Ability to communicate technical information clearly in both verbal and written formats * Strong technical literacy, including familiarity with modern trends in technology software, platforms, operating systems, and programming languages

**Qualifications** * Two years in experience with FileMaker Pro development is preferred. * Certified FileMaker Developer a plus * Experience with integrating FileMaker databases with 3rd party systems and technologies * Extensive Knowledge of FileMaker Server, v12, v13, v14 * Report development experience * Proficient in PowerShell scripting, SQL, XML, HTML, JavaScript, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Server **Education and Training** * B.A / B.S in Computer Science or related field is a bonus. * Additional education may substitute for experience and additional experience may be substituted for education.
