Assistant Professor of Marketing

Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in Marketing to begin fall 2016.

• Candidates should be able to teach advanced subjects in the major in addition to effectively participating in introductory level instruction in marketing. Preference will be given to those with an academic background and/or experience in marketing and international business.
• Other responsibilities include scholarly engagement in the candidate’s specialization area, academic advising, student recruitment, and other departmental duties as assigned.

• The successful candidate will possess a relevant advanced degree, give evidence of scholarly potential, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching.
• A doctorate or concentration in Marketing is preferred or an MBA with a focus in marketing or a Master’s degree in marketing.
