We are looking for a technical writer to join our fast growing software and services company. The Technical Writer is responsible for creating and maintaining product documentation, technical best practices, and knowledge base articles. When provided to our partners, these documents will assist the partners in the adoption and successful use of our products and lead to overall satisfaction with Continuum.

* As a valuable member of the Partner Education team, you will be given the chance to innovate and grow in a larger company while maintaining the sensation of a "Startup". * In the role of Technical Writer, you will leverage your passion, creativity and content savvy to develop technical documentation for our core product lines. * Work closely with other team writers to produce a cohesive, integrated documentation set that is consistent in style, presentation, and product messaging. * Obtain a full understanding of subject matter and organize, write, and illustrate the documentation, * Provide input on product features and usability of the product. * Identify project milestones and ensure documentation plan is set to meet those milestones.

* Likes to use and learn about new technology. * Has 2-3 years’ experience documenting software designed for technical audiences. * Is knowledgeable in using online documentation tools such as MadCap Flare. * Can provide writing samples that demonstrate appropriate writing style, organization, and layout for subject matter.
