Director Facilities Engineering - Hospital Plant Operations

Community Health Systems is in need of Dir Facilities Engineering for Hospital Plant Operations department. Please refer to the job functions and qualifications stated below.

* Directs an organization's facilities department. * Oversees the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators. * May manage the maintenance of buildings and grounds. * Oversees contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangement. * Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. * Performs a variety of tasks. * Leads and directs the work of others. * A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. * Typically reports to a top management.

* May require a bachelors degree and at least 10 years of experience in the field. * Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
