We are Combined Properties, an award winning, privately- held real estate company with 45 retail shopping centers and office locations in DC and Beverly Hills. We are currently looking to fill a Sr. Leasing Representative (SLR) position in our Beverly Hills office.

The SLR is responsible for the procurement of suitable tenants for our West Coast portfolio. This position works closely with the Legal Lease and other departments in the negotiation of the terms and conditions of a lease with prospective tenants.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, such as Business, Finance or Real Estate.
• Seven (7) to Ten (10) years experience in retail real estate leasing of shopping centers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial leases, the retail real estate industry, SoCal market and tenant mix, as well as established relationships in the retail real estate industry.
• Knowledge of construction terms and governmental codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
