Production Designer

Our mission is to transform people’s healthcare experience from confusing and complicated to empowering and trustworthy. We are looking for a highly motivated Production Designer to work alongside our design team and transform the way people experience healthcare. As a designer at Collective Health, you’ll work on a wide variety of projects and touchpoints, from designing data visualizations, to brand guidelines, to print and marketing materials.

• Work within existing brand guidelines to design and execute a range of projects from UX/ UI production, brand collateral, member assets & print materials
• Collaborate in team critiques of designs in-progress
• Create high quality deliverables within given timelines and project schedules

• Strong portfolio showcasing a current aesthetic and understanding of design principles, grid systems, typography, color, layout and composition
• An obsession with craft and flawless attention to detail
• Thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A passion for design execution and production
• Degree in Graphic Design or related field and 1- 3 years of relevant design experience
• A desire to make an impact
