Network Partners Operations Specialist

We are hiring a Network Partner Operations Specialist to focus on building, improving and further defining the operational infrastructure of our growing ecosystem of Pharmacy network partners. You will be the “voice of the partner” at Collective Health, ensuring an excellent and collaborative experience. You will work across every department at Collective Health and be an integral part of executing and scaling Partner Operations internally.

• Work cross-functionally to develop and improve Pharmacy partner workflows around eligibility, member support, claims, finance and product
• Quickly become a SME on Collective Health internal partner touchpoints and processes, including technical aspects
• Project manage internal stakeholders to drive Pharmacy partner requests and development forward
• Use data to enable Pharmacy partners and customers to understand the effectiveness of partner programs
• Further develop internal Pharmacy partner knowledge base
• Constantly seek ways to improve efficiency and accuracy across internal projects concerning CH Pharmacy partners

• BA/BS degree from a top university
• 2-4 years experience in a complex, fast-paced, quantitative environment with a high bar for attention to detail and quality of work
• Previous experience with PBMs, health care, health insurance, and healthcare systems is strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fast learner and takes initiative
• Strong passion for changing healthcare
