Senior Security Engineer

Code42 is an American software company that develops and markets the CrashPlan backup software and services suite. It was founded in 2001 as an IT consultancy.

- Review, analyze, and respond to security incidents - Design, build, and maintain security infrastructure - Conduct security assessments using automated tools and manual penetration testing techniques - Define security requirements for Code42 technical infrastructure and product software - PerformAssist with incident handling and forensic analysis - All other duties as assigned

- 5 or more years of information security experience - Programming experience inwith Python, Perl, Ruby, or C - Strong working knowledge of Linux, FreeBSD, and OS/X - Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP and other network protocols - Strong working knowledge of software development methodologies WE’LL BE ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED IF YOU HAVE - Systems administration experience - Working knowledge of Windows and Active Directory - Experience working within a SOC - Malware analysisanalytical experience - Experience with identity management systems
