Senior Allocation Analyst

- Develop thorough knowledge of North America markets to inform new store plans - Forecast department/class inventory levels to support predetermined sales objectives - Collaborate with field management, allocation team and visual merchandising to determine appropriate product mix and depth - Generate weekly and daily reports to track inventory commitments and communicate status updates to allocation team - Coordinate all shipping and delivery activities with distribution center, store operations, and field teams - Create and distribute sales performance reports for all new stores and remodels and provide action steps - Identify and lead special projects that drive business initiatives

- Bachelor s degree required. - Minimum of 2 years experience in retail allocation, store planning or related field - Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint - Strong strategic thinking and outstanding analytical/quantitative skills - Proven ability to successfully manage large amounts of data - Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. - Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills; ability to effectively interact with team members and cross functional and field partners at all levels. - Proven leadership skills and ability to support and motivate a high performing team.
