• Work independently and as part of a team
• Manage your own tasks and deadlines
• Get around in *nix or learn it quickly
• Write and execute detailed test plans

• Experience testing apps: web, mobile, and others
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Strong written, verbal, and electronic communications skills
• An impeccable eye for detail

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Web application testing, ideally with the LAMP stack
• iOS & Android testing
• Test automation, ideally with Selenium or Watir and Ruby
• Working knowledge of SQL & databases
• Release management with a VCS such as git or Subversion
• A good communicator
• A quick learner
• Self-motivated
• Up for a challenge
• Extremely detail-oriented
