* Coordinating and assigning all needed repairs within the maintenance department; * Supervising maintenance technicians; * Supervising the completion of all preventative maintenance and special projects; * Contributing to maintenance personnel employee evaluations, expectations and results; * Training maintenance technicians on procedures and career development; * Developing and upgrading preventative maintenance programs for all production equipment; * Researching best prices for new or replacement equipment and parts; * Maintaining and writing SOPs for the maintenance department; * Assisting in maintenance tasks as needed.

* 5+ years of production maintenance experience; * 2+ years of supervisory experience; * Strong knowledge and experience in one or more specialties, such as electrical, ammonia refrigeration or mechanical; * Experienced in troubleshooting failed equipment; * Experience in lock out tag out and other safety procedures; * Strong interpersonal, communication and training skills; * Proficiency with computers and MS Office applications. **Education:** High School diploma/GED required; Technical training preferred.
