• Coordinating and assigning all needed repairs within the maintenance department;
• Supervising maintenance technicians;
• Supervising the completion of all preventative maintenance and special projects;
• Contributing to maintenance personnel employee evaluations, expectations and results;
• Training maintenance technicians on procedures and career development;
• Developing and upgrading preventative maintenance programs for all production equipment;
• Researching best prices for new or replacement equipment and parts;
• Maintaining and writing SOPs for the maintenance department;
• Assisting in maintenance tasks as needed.

• 5+ years of production maintenance experience;
• 2+ years of supervisory experience;
• Strong knowledge and experience in one or more specialties, such as electrical, ammonia refrigeration or mechanical;
• Experienced in troubleshooting failed equipment;
• Experience in lock out tag out and other safety procedures;
• Strong interpersonal, communication and training skills;
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office applications.

Education:

High School diploma/GED required; Technical training preferred.
