Senior Property Manager

Clarion Partners, one of the largest privately owned real estate investment managers in the Americas, has managed investment real estate on behalf of institutional investors for more than 30 years.

* Provide exemplary customer service through a proactive and positive approach in order to foster positive rapport with tenants * Meet with tenants as needed ensuring tenant needs are met and that high quality property management service is achieved * Promptly respond to and resolve all tenant concerns * Prepare annual operating budgets for self-managed portfolio properties * Ensure maintenance and repairs are performed on schedule and in accordance with approved operating budget * Develop a variety of vendor and contractor relationships in multiple markets * Request, review and recommend bids and specifications for maintenance agreements and contractors * Prepare annual CAM reconciliations for managed portfolio properties * Review and approve within prescribed limits of authority all property payables * Review monthly operating statements and prepare variance reports * Prepares monthly expense accruals for submission to accounting * Coordinate capital projects with third party construction manager as needed * Ensure compliance with company initiatives

* Minimum of 7 years in property management with at least 5 years of industrial property management experience. * CPM or RPA designation preferred * Strong knowledge of accounting and building operations * Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, MRI and Kardin) * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Professionalism and customer service a must * Team Player * Ability to organize and oversee multiple locations * Self-starter * Ability to travel periodically to several markets
