Senior Performance Engineer

Clarabridge is looking for progressive and innovative performance engineers to manage the design, implementation, execution, and evaluation of system performance tests and benchmarks. This role is heavy on automation and DRY principles, and involves configuration management, environment creation and maintenance, tooling around test execution and analysis, and deep validation of performance and scalability metrics. Our tooling in this area includes Jmeter, grafana, serverdensity, ELK, github, jira, Jenkins, chef, and Docker, as well as whatever else is necessary to realize the goals of this team

* Design and implement end-to-end tests that exercise integrations across multiple Clarabridge products. * Create and manage various cloud-based configurations to be put under test * Put specific integrations under load to determine performance and scalability metrics * Conduct benchmarks * Automate everything you possibly can

* Have been doing performance testing and analysis for at least 5 years. * Are looking for a strong individual contributor role with possibility to gain more responsibilities over time. * Have a very strong scripting and automation background. * Like to mentor and collaborate with others. * Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
