Technical Sourcer

As a Technical Sourcing Recruiter at Clara, you will be responsible for finding and attracting Software Engineers to help us hit growth goals and major milestones in product development. You’ll be part of a small, agile team where sourcing is central to the talent acquisition strategy. If you are excited to learn strategies for seeking out, engaging and nurturing relationships with top technical professionals, we want to meet you. This is a temporary role for 3 months with potential to extend length of assignment.

* Work with our recruiting team and engineering leads to source technical candidates for a variety of open roles using a range of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Referrals, Meetups, GitHub, etc.) * Use your creative instincts to craft personalized outreach and attract top talent * Help the team build and develop recruitment processes around best practices for effective technical sourcing * Deliver a world-class candidate experience and be a brand ambassador for Clara, including attending networking events

* You have 0-2 years of experience sourcing passive technical talent * You enjoy learning and communicating the deeply technical elements of the roles you’re recruiting for: you enjoy talking “tech” with candidates * You’re intellectually curious and detail-oriented. Nothing slips through the cracks with you! * You possess stellar written and spoken communication skills * You’re passionate for what we are building at Clara, and take great pride in doing awesome work!
