Senior Inside Sales Manager

We are seeking a DTC, Senior Sales Manager to grow a team of inside sales loan originators. The team is growing quickly, our technology is improving everyday, and we have aggressive goals for loan volume and customer satisfaction. Come help us hit those goals by developing and improving our systems & processes as well as motivating team members to perform their best.

* Build and manage a team of both experienced and junior loan originators * Quickly become knowledgeable on our current systems and processes, loan programs, pricing, and mortgage origination process (HUGE plus if you are currently DBO NMLS licensed) * Design and execute training programs for new hires * Continue to drive the development of our sales processes, procedures, and organization design * Define and track KPIs * Set and implement sales targets

* 10+ years of mortgage industry experience, specifically at a DTC mortgage lender with call center experience * 5-7+ years of managing inside sales loan originators * Deep interest in identifying and nurturing talent * No ego; ready to participate in every stage of the origination process, including borrower interactions * Skilled at motivating people and positioning them for success * Intellectually nimble and capable of learning quickly * Passionate about sales and delivering superior outcomes to potential borrowers * Stellar communicator; you can seamlessly guide a conversation and anticipate potential needs * Understands the power of leverage technology to gain efficiencies
