Your role within the Sales Team is critical. As a Clara Sales Associate, your daily direct actions may enable a family to refinance their home at industry-beating rates, educate a newly-married couple struggling to navigate the amazingly complex home purchasing process or delight a first-time homebuyer with a simple and transparent customer experience, without months of paperwork.

* **Scaling**: Being a part of our inside sales team that will manage inbound and outbound interest from Clara customers. This may mean having 10+ meaningful phone-based conversations with customers over the course of the day * **Advising**: Being a customer-centric advisor, who helps homebuyers and homeowners make the right financial decisions * **Building**: Being a key member of a tight-knit group that will have the chance to influence Clara’s culture by recruiting future team members, mentoring new team members, designing training materials, and collaborating with product and engineering to create a superior borrowing experience for customers
