Disclosures Lead

As the Disclosure Specialist on our team, your primary function is to prepare and send initial loan disclosures, re-disclosures and closing disclosures to applicants on a timely basis and to ensure that those disclosures are compliant with all major regulations including: TRID and ECOA. We’re looking to hire someone who is a service oriented individual with a posture of continuous learning and improvement. In this role, you'll act as a resource to the processing staff and mortgage advisor regarding compliance regulations and pipeline management. Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency of our Mortgage Operations and Sales teams and quality of the customer experience we deliver.

* Track Mortgage Applications and locks taken on a daily basis to ensure disclosures are sent to borrower within 3 days of application or change in circumstance * Act as a resource to the processing staff and mortgage advisor regarding compliance regulations and pipeline management * Provide exceptional customer service to sales partners throughout disclosure process * Coordinate with processing team to obtain information and fees necessary to guarantee accurate disclosures * Prepare and send disclosures within 2 hours of initial request * Assist teammates in auditing disclosures to ensure high level of accuracy

* 5-7+ yrs experience including experience with loan estimate and closing disclosure with strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Demonstrated strong knowledge of the mortgage industry * Must have superior written and verbal communication skills and a self-motivated individual * Ability to work cross-functionally and problem solve with excellent analytical skills * Can prioritize quickly and pivot when changes are needed/required * Knowledge of LQB or similar LOS preferred (Encompass) * Bonus: Prior processing or funding experience
