Utilities Manager

Responsibilities include:

installing, modifying, repairing, monitoring and maintaining all plumbing, safety, HVAC/R, and electrical systems, facilities, and distribution equipment; maintaining and monitoring facilities utilities and lighting, building functions, and critical equipment (alerts, alarms, etc.); providing initial response to emergencies and malfunctions; notifying appropriate personnel; maintaining monthly logs and records; maintaining and repairing EMS control system; performing metal fabrication.

Qualifications:

Must be US citizen or permanent resident Alien. Must pass background check and be able to pass security clearance if necessary. The selected candidate must have experience managing utilities in a laboratory.
