Facilities Manager

Responsibilities include:

Performing management of the following trades carpentry, masonry, painting, locksmith maintenance, moving of furniture, equipment, materials, loading and unloading of shipped or received items and repair services; maintaining a facility trash removal system; performing housekeeping tasks such as operating the glassware washing facility, keeping center free from trash, litter, dirt, lint, scuff marks, spots, and any foreign matter that might preclude an acceptable appearance; maintaining all grounds, road and parking surfaces, sidewalks, terraces, breezeways, walkways, patios, storm drainage systems, fencing and signs; inspecting, maintaining, and cleaning all Government vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications:

Must be US citizen or permanent resident Alien. Must pass background check and be able to pass security clearance if necessary. Familiarity with laboratory buildings is a must;

Education:

Must have 10 years or greater in managing laboratory buildings or clean rooms.
