Engineer with active Secret clearance

Responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of the HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Provide repair, carpentry, and painting renovations
• Complete installations and modifications
• Provide maintenance, repair and modifications

Qualifications:

• Must be US citizen with active SECRET clearance in the last 2 years.
• Must pass background check and have a SECRET security clearance.
• Must possess at least 5 years of directly related experience obtained within the past 10 years as a engineer in a single building of comparable size, type, and complexity (1M+ sq. ft federal facility).
• Must have experience in facilities of at least 1 Million square feet.
• Must be able to work from blueprints, drawings, shop sketches and verbal instruction.
• Class 1 st or 2 nd class Engineers licenses in Maryland is required.
