Building Escort/Laborer with active Secret Clearance

**Responsibilities:** - Accompany and remain with contractors and visitors within the Building and on grounds as directed by CMI Management. - Support skilled CMI trade and facility maintenance staff during renovations, remodels, repairs, surveys, and inspections being conducted in the building and on the grounds - Assist with other routine tasks as directed by CMI management.

**Qualifications:** - Possess a high school diploma or equivalency - Ability to read floor plans for familiarization of the facility - Ability to follow all access policies and procedures - Ability to use ladders and follow safety precautions - Must be US citizen and have a active Secret clearance in the last 2 years. - Must pass background check and be able to pass security clearance if necessary.
