Building Escort/Laborer with active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Accompany and remain with contractors and visitors within the Building and on grounds as directed by CMI Management.
• Support skilled CMI trade and facility maintenance staff during renovations, remodels, repairs, surveys, and inspections being conducted in the building and on the grounds
• Assist with other routine tasks as directed by CMI management.

Qualifications:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to read floor plans for familiarization of the facility
• Ability to follow all access policies and procedures
• Ability to use ladders and follow safety precautions
• Must be US citizen and have a active Secret clearance in the last 2 years.
• Must pass background check and be able to pass security clearance if necessary.
