Senior Security Engineer

We are currently hiring a Senior Security Engineer in our Santa Barbara or Mountain View office. This is a great opportunity for someone who has the desire to work with teams that are passionate about lean startup principles, innovation and creating amazing customer experiences. As a Senior Security Engineer, you will be influencing teams on best security practices on the Ops side and at the same time proactively protecting the GetGo environment. This role will let you innovate and build rules in place to follow best security practices and be proactive in detecting potential malicious behavior in a company that is continuously recognized for its world-class products!

* Review FW changes and approve changes * Work with the IT team to consult on the security aspect of Firewalls * Implement IDS/IPS tools and build rules in it * Assist with Incident Response * Assist in any audit and compliance activities

* 5+ years of Information Security Experience * Hands on experience with Incident Response and Security Operations * Understanding of the Cyber Kill Chain * Experience building content/rules in Security Technologies like Firewall, IDS/IPS, SIEM * Scripting and/or Programing knowledge
